When do I pay?
After Clara confirms your order, a 50% deposit is due 24 hours before pickup. Pay by Venmo or Zelle, or arrange your deposit with Clara and pay the balance in cash. Please allow at least 24 hours when ordering.
Can I ask about ingredients or a custom request?
Yes. Add a note to your request or message Clara directly. Clara reviews each request personally. Please note that as a home bakery, treats are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens like nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat.
